While everyone needs a fishing license to fish in the state of Massachusetts, your fishing license is covered under our Captain's Commercial license, so you don't have to worry about a thing when you book with Cape Cod Charter Guys!

There are many different fish seasons, and regulations when it comes to keeping your catch. Good thing Captain Ross knows the rulebook front to back so when you do reel in a keeper, he will let you know! Our most commonly kept fish species are Stripers, Tuna and Little Tunny.

Apart from these luxury add-ons, our boat also has an electronics and radar system that allows us to track schools and big game fish and keep an eye out for any storm or foul weather that may be coming our way.

We also provide the basics — lures, reels, live bait, and rods — so our guests need only bring their passion for fishing. 

Mates Fee: Your booking includes a mate's fee. This is to ensure that your mate earns his wages for all the efforts, and safety measures he provides to you while keeping you on tight lines all day. Your Mate holds his Master's Captain's License!

Tipping: Tips are greatly appreciated for a job well done to your Mate and/or Captain.

Deposit: A 20% deposit is required for all online reservations. Your credit card will automatically be charged the deposit when the trip is confirmed.

Guide Cancellation: In the rare event that Cape Cod Charter Guys has to cancel your reservation, get your deposit back in full.

Refunds: You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your trip to get your deposit back in full. With impending weather conditions, we guarantee a 100% refund with the option to reschedule or take your deposit back.

If customers book within the 14 day window, Deposit is nonrefundable.
